What is a customer avatar? Why is it important? How does it affect your branding and messaging? Our Director of Strategy, Meagan Van Ahn, leads you through a Customer Avatar workshop, illustrating how your company’s tone, look, and feel are impacted by those you’re trying to reach.
Phase Two: Style Guide
What is a Style Guide? Why is it important? What look and feel will resonate with your current logo and customer avatar? Together, we’ll create a one-page Style Guide—an essential marketing tool to ensure a cohesive look that fits your audience.
What You’ll Receive with This Package
- 2 Zoom meetings with our Director of Strategy, Meagan Van Ahn, on developing your customer avatar (90 minutes) and your Style Guide (45 minutes)
- A recording of each meeting
- A fully completed Customer Avatar worksheet
- A 1-page brand Style Guide for your organization
Your Branding Package will be completed and delivered in 2-4 weeks. The Style Guide will be sent for one round of feedback and editing. Requests for additional edits or graphics will be quoted and billed separately.
Note: The time may vary depending on your availability to attend both meetings.
