In the U.S., any charitable organization that has been registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and accepted into the Google for Nonprofits program is eligible. Healthcare organizations, government entities, and academic institutions are not eligible. However, Google has a separate program for educational organizations. Note that the requirements vary in other countries. 

Yes, Google requires you to own the website you plan on sending users to after they click on your ad. This must be a high-quality website with limited ads and commercial activity. 

The Google Ad Grants program doesn’t have a spending requirement. So, you do not have to spend all $10,000 in free, in-kind advertising you receive. However, we will work with you to maximize the ad spend available to you.
